1. Can you please tell me about the services you offer?
    We send a flyer that you provide via email to other agents and real estate professionals in the area you specify.  Each county is just $49.95. Simply fill out a short order form with your details and upload your flyer file and we’ll take it from there!

  2. How long does it take?
    Orders received before 12 Noon MST on weekdays are typically broadcast the same day; those received after noon are broadcast the next business day. Weekend broadcasts are available upon request, but orders received over the weekend are processed on the following Monday.


  3. Does it have to be a property, or can I broadcast a flyer about a business or service?
    We broadcast non-property flyers as long as they are related to or of interest to real estate professionals.

  4. What is the cost?
    The cost is $49.95 per county.


  5. Do you have monthly or yearly pricing?
    We charge per broadcast with no monthly fees. We offer bulk packages that can provide up to a 20% discount. Please email customer service for details if you are interested.

  6. Do I need to set up an account? Is there a monthly contract?
    No, we don’t require our customers to create accounts, nor do we require contracts. We only charge you for what you use, with no other commitment.

  7. Can I request for my eFlyer to be broadcast on a specific day?
    Yes! Just let us know in the “what else” section at the bottom of your order form.

  8. Can I set up multiple broadcasts?
    Yes! Just let us know when you place your order, and we will work with you to schedule each broadcast.

  9. Do you offer same-day service?
    Yes! Typically, orders received before 12 Noon MST are sent the same day. Orders received after noon may be sent same-day upon request, with a $10 rush fee. 
 
  1. Why do some responses not come directly to me?
    Eflyers come from your name but our email address. All internet marketing companies who supply the email addresses are required to do so to be spam compliant.

  2. What format do you need my flyer in?
    We accept nearly any file format, but we prefer JPG or PDF. The file should be a minimum of 8.5 inches wide and 72 dpi.

  3. Do you track open rates? Is there a report I can get once my flyer is broadcast?
    To track open rates, a cue must be embedded in the email, which can trigger filters and impact deliverability. Because of this, we do not use them. We believe that the effectiveness of our marketing can be measured through increased showings, attendance at events, and increased hits on virtual tours and websites.


  4. Does my eFlyer go out once? How long does it run?
    Your eFlyer is broadcast one time per order, but the image will remain active on our website for 6 months, enabling you to use it in other marketing and advertising.

  5. How many e-mails will my eFlyer be sent to?
    Eflyers are broadcast to the agents in your county or the county of your choosing. The numbers per broadcast will vary depending upon the county.  Please email us for current counts in your area.

  6. Who is in your lists?
    Our lists are designed to be representative of the MLS and Board(s) in your area.

    Eflyers are emailed to other real estate professionals in the broadcast area(s) of your choosing.
 
  1. Can I send my eFlyer outside of my geographic area?
    In most cases, we recommend against sending outside your area, as it often yields little to no results and can be frustrating for recipients. Our general policy is that eFlyers may only be sent to the geographic area surrounding your property or business. Exceptions do exist, so please feel free to email us with any questions regarding distribution areas.
